GOOD QUESTIONS

A few things
you might ask.

We’re building The Borrow Box with Calgary parents in mind. Here's what we're planning so far.

Where will The Borrow Box operate?

We'll start by serving families in south Calgary. Pickup arrangements will be confirmed before launch; we won't publish a private residential address online.

How often can we exchange toys?

Our proposed plans include one scheduled toy rotation per month. We're still refining extra-exchange options with founding families.

Are the toys cleaned between families?

Yes. Our operating plan includes inspecting, cleaning, and checking toys between loans, with toy-specific instructions and safety checks.

Which ages are you focusing on?

We're initially curating for approximately ages 1–6. Our founding-list form helps us learn which ages and types of toys matter most.

What if a toy breaks or a piece goes missing?

Kids play hard—we understand. We'll publish a clear, fair damage and missing-piece policy before accepting paid memberships.

Can we get toys delivered?

Scheduled pickup is the initial plan. We may introduce local delivery routes after testing demand and logistics.
